Award-winning Robert D.C. Emery is a multi-skilled musician, equally at home playing or conducting classical and light music.
His work has taken him all over the world conducting the London Philharmonic, Royal Philharmonic, BBC Concert Orchestra, British Philharmonic, National Symphony , Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, The London Chorus, Japan Philharmonic, Basel Symphony , Singapore Lyric, Vienna Radio Symphonie Orchester, Evergreen Philharmonic and the Central Aichi Orchestra.
He is also the Music Director of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Great Britain.
He has worked alongside world-class musicians and artists, such as Sir Simon Rattle and Bernard Haitink through to Andrea Bocelli, Stewart Copeland, Paula Abdul, Blur/Damon Albarn, Russell Watson and David Foster.
Robert is highly in demand as a producer and has recently provided arrangements, orchestrations and produced albums recorded in London at Abbey Road Studios, Angel Studios, Air Lyndhurst, RAK, Metropolis, British Grove, and in LA at the Clear Sound Studios, Paramount, Westlake and Sunset Sound.
He is a specialist in fusing together different genres of music, and is in charge of the creative process on all projects at Omni Musica.
His other work includes being the Chief Executive of The Arts Group Ltd which encompasses the world’s leading musical instrument review & tuition website, Ted’s List, and the world-famous choir, the National Philharmonic Chorus.
A lover of wearing no shoes or socks on stage makes Robert the go-to person for asking what the odd smell is!
